Can I return my order?

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order, so if for any reason your order doesn't fit or is unsuitable we offer the following return & exchange policy.

How do I book a return?

Australian Customers

  1. Ensure your item(s) meet our return and exchange policy: - Item(s) were purchased from the billini.com  - Item(s) are unworn, un original condition and packaging - Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase - Item(s) are full price (sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note only).
  2. Head to our Billini Online Returns Portal, enter your order number (starting with BIL) and postcode
  3. Complete the reasons for your return/exchange
  4. A return label will be automatically generated and sent to your email to use. Once your return/exchange has been received and processed, we will deduct a small fee of $7.95 from the refund total to cover the label cost.
  5. Simply print and attach your label to the return parcel and drop your return into an Australia Post Box or Post Office.
  6. Once your return/exchange has been received to our returns warehouse, your request will be processed within 48 business hours. (Please note, refunds may take up to 7 business days to reach your account depending on your bank).

Please note, credit notes are issued to the email linked to your online order for use online.

International Customers

If you are from another International country and would like to return your Billini order, we are able to accept this however freight is covered by the customer.
